Based on the history and features of China’s nationwide reading, this paper analyzed the status of rural library in nationwide reading and public cultural service, and tried to find out the deficiencies in the nationwide reading promotion of rural libraries by drawing lessons from the typical practices of foreign grassroots libraries, and put forward the development measures.

Under the background of “Internet+”, the possibility and practical significance of three-dimensional marketing for university library were elaborated, and new marketing modes of university library were analyzed. An implementation scheme for the three-dimensional marketing of library was proposed to provide a guiding function for library marketing in the future.

According to the literature analysis and in-depth interviews, this paper collected the motivation of user-generated contents in mobile short videos, and sorted the different measure factors and divided them into internal demands, social causes and technology incentives, respectively. On this basis, it construct the integrated model of motivation and carried out empirical study through a questionnaire survey, and finally proposed and analyzed eight hypothesis.

The realization of library resource sharing under the background of multimedia, has extremely important significance in many aspects like library construction, social development and individual progress. Through resource sharing, it can integrate and manage the fragmented library resource, help to form a highly ordered mode of library development and better serve the society construction. Therefore, the realization of library resource sharing in the multimedia era is the inevitable requirement of time development. This paper gave some effective suggestions on its basic principle and implementation approach.

Archives information resource as an important part of digital information resource, has covered with a large number of information resource. In the cloud computing era, the organic integration and sharing of resource based on the rational organization and optimal configuration of information resource in all types of digital archives database have become a necessity of archives work. This paper analyzed the relationship between cloud computing and the co-construction and sharing of archives resource service, and clarified the service strategies, and discussed the three kinds of platform operation modes of wisdom archives in micro perspective, so as to fully improve the utilization and service ability of archives information resource.

Aiming at the potential safety hazard of MD5 encryption algorithm, this paper analyzed the methods of modular differential attack, birthday attack and preimage attack, and proposed the optimization algorithm for multiplication overflow of MD5 plaintext message block by focusing on the issue of detectable MD5 differential path, and used the characteristic of multiplication overflow to strengthen the confusion of the plaintext message and increase the difficult coefficient of inverse operation and the difficulty of differential path search, so as to prevent from the common attack algorithm and improve the reliability and stability. The results of the experiment showed that the improved algorithm was better than the original algorithm for anti-attack and collision capability.

This paper analyzed the status and existing problems of the digital development of Nanjing Library, and proposed the construction rules of “Two Networks and Three Databases and Multiple Platforms”, and introduced the digital resource production network and digital resource service network, the self-building featured resource database, purchased commercial resource database and sharing digital resource database, as well as the nine service platforms, such as public life-long learning service platform, Jiangsu comprehensive service platform for digital library and virtual reference service platform, and put forward the suggestions.

The research on the problem of enterprise counterintelligence based on supply chain information security is involved in two seemingly different but actually closely linked areas between supply chain information security and enterprise counterintelligence. This paper analyzed systematically the enterprise counterintelligence research literature based on supply chain information security from such five aspects as the supply chain system information security research, the supply chain enterprise information sharing research, the supply chain enterprise counterintelligence work process research, the supply chain enterprise counterintelligence technology support system research, the supply chain enterprise counterintelligence strategy system, and briefly reviewed the shortcomings of existing studies.

Disciplinary competitiveness is the basic element to evaluate the scientific research, teaching and teachers' ability level of universties, and the embodiment of comprehensive strength. Based on the basic tools of InCites and ESI database indexes, this paper used bibliometric and comparative analysis methods to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on the indexes of chemistry, engineering, materials science disciplines in 8 colleges and universities, and established the disciplinary competitiveness evalution index system to make comprehensive and multi-dimensional study on the discipline competitiveness of domestic universities.

Using Bibliometrics and co-word analysis methods, and taking Chinese Academic Journal (Web Edition) of CNKI as data resource, this paper collected the number of pratacultural papers in five northwest universities from 2011 to 2015, and analyzed the indexes of year, periodical, author and keyword by using the professional bibliographic information statistical analysis tool SATI, visualization tool Ucinet (netdraw). The results showed that: during this five years, the outputs of first-author paper in Qinghai University (QU), Gansu Agricultural University (GAU), Lanzhou University (LU), Tarim University (TU) and Northwest A & F University (NWU) were 83, 787,376,63,96, respectively. QU, GAU and LU showed an upward trend, while TU and NWU showed the opposite trend. The number of CSCD, Chinese Core Journals and the core of science and technology literature from less to less were GAU, LU, NWU, QU, TU. Chinese Core Journals and scientific and technological core papers were mainly distributed in Pratacultural Journal and Pratacultural Science. GAU’s authors were mainly college professors, led by the presidents of college, which formed a close group of authors to take alfalfa and alfalfa as the main research focus, and plant pathology research became the main direction of the future development for this discipline.

The national distribution, university distribution and subject distribution, as well as the scientific cooperation of highly cited researchers in 2016 based on Clarivate Analytics were analyzed through bibliometric methods. The results showed that Chinese leading scientists, discipline construction and scientific level had made huge progress, but was still in a weak position for most of the subjects except engineering, material and chemistry compared with America. China should continue to accelerate the construction of first-class universities, first-class disciplines and first-class scientists to narrow the gap with America.

With the rapid development of web community, weibo, wechat platform, information is more and more transparent, and network consensus has formed larger constraints on government action. In public decision-making, government has attached more and more importance to the voice of ordinary people. Therefore, using the method of bibliometrics to analyze the relevant literature on network consensus supervision during 2005-2016 from CNKI database, this paper studied the keywords, prolific authors, source journals and research institutes, and showed the influence, research hot spot and development history of this research field with the method of visual map.

Researches on MOOC have been widely published on a large number of domestic academic journals in resent years, covering from learning and using to practice in case study, from the analysis of characteristics and principles to the building of studying model, someone even pointed out that it was post-MOOC era. This paper retrieved the related academic literature in CNKI, and carried on the quantitative analysis by visualization analysis software CiteSpace Ⅲ, to find the research trends and hotspots of MOOC.

With the development of intelligent economy and economic globalization, intellectual property has become an important support in creating an innovative nation. Universities are the constitutional part of scientific and technological innovation system in the nation with the annual increase of patent applications and granted patents. Patent production has been one of the important indexes in measuring the capacity of scientific research and innovative strength among universities. In this paper, the data of patent production in twenty two universities and colleges in Yunnan were collected from SooPAT patent searching engine. The statistical analysis was conducted in the aspects of patent amount, distributing year, type of patent, authorized invention patent, co-applicant institution, and technological fields since the installation of Patent Law in 1985. The innovation capacities of science and technology among these universities and colleges were quantitatively analyzed, and the strategies and suggestions were proposed with regard to the current status of patents.

The combination of digital library and O2O can help break the traditional and limited service mode of digital library. To realize the O2O business model of digital library, it must build a closed loop between digital library and O2O, which need to research the users of digital library, and prepare for the platform to import user traffic, and develop offline products and O2O platform.

China's book collection has a long history and deep culture. Based on the research achievements of many private bibliophile, this paper tried to analyzed the developing venation of China’s pravite book collection, which could be divided into five stages of enlightenment, transformation, war, stagnation and recovery, and proposed its limitations including rich but conservative inventory, strong regionalism, short dissemination, small using range, individual characteristics, wide distribution and dependency, as well as the contribution in literature preservation, book dissemination, academic research, description and inscription and revision, which promoted the development of early research, culture and education, and produced positive effect on the formation of modern library management thought, the new classification methods, and the establishment of management system.

With the development of mobile Internet technology and the change of people's living habits, the main service work of library has been greatly impacted, and library extinction once was all the go. With the rise of the concept and application of "Third Space", the value of library as the place and space is becoming more and more prominent. According to the general property of "Third Space" and the special attributes of library as the cultural sites to acquire and utilize knowledge, this paper explored the establishment of exclusive cultural brand for library from the perspective of space, and built the document resource service base, early childhood reading promotion base, reading experience sharing and social contact base, lifelong learning base, and made it become "Third Cultural Space" for residents.

This paper analyzed the components of library crowdfunding from project stakeholders, crowdfunding platforms and projects investors, and put forward five proposals, including clearing project demands, finding the the right crowdfunding way, making good use of social network service software, using the funds as required, updating follow-up reports.

This paper discussed the history of MOOC in oversea universities, and the active participation of academic librarians in the whole process of MOOC, and proposed the position and role of academic librarians in the college libraries according to the development of the MOOC in China.

The life forms of the target group(college students) of university library’s reading promotion activities are closely related to reading, while the reading promotion work has been carried out in full swing. Library should try new aspects of innovation in advocating reading concepts and contents, with new students as the key target group, and carry out a series of reading promotion activities by applying new technology and new media, so as to make reading promotion work become the new norm of library through practice and experience.

Children's reading promotion has attracted more and more attention in China, and the related research is also rising. Facing such a good opportunity, National Library of China, as the national-level library, should plan the children's reading promotion from the the national view. Through the analysis on the current situation of children's reading in China, this paper concluded the importance of children's reading promotion, and proposed that children's reading was not good enough now, and library should play more role here. Internationally, the experience of foreign national libraries in promoting children's reading provided reference, and National Library of China can fulfill its potential rather than general libraries. On the domestic front, some achievements were made in children's reading promotion in China's public libraries. However, there were some limitations in the policy guidance and resource allocation, while the promotion of children's reading in the national library was important.

This paper expounded the current situation and existing problems of “Bookcrossing” service in university libraries, and made an investigation and comparative analysis of online “Bookcrossing” service platforms and modes, and explored the “Bookcrossing” service mode integrating websites with wechat public platform by combining with the special environment and characteristics of university libraries, and gave detail analysis on this mode.
