Research on the Resource Construction Type of Whole Electronic Journal Open Access in Library Self-configure

Abstract: The resource construction of whole electronic journal open access in library self-configure for has an important role in better serving users, reducing the cost of digital library resource construction, training library professional technical team. This paper studied the connotation and conditions of resource construction type of whole electronic journal open access in library self-configure, and the construction of novelty and integrity, discipline and varieties, history and appearance, as well as regional construction, which had important reference value and practical reference for the resource construction of whole electronic journal open access in library self-configure.
