Through questionnaire survey, this paper analyzed the existing problems in agricultural information synergy in northwest area, and put forward the effective measures to strengthen agricultural information synergy and to realize the industrialization development of agricultural information resource.

This study is based on literature research and many comments of experts, has formed 5 kinds of patent classification and agricultural field mapping relationships, and on this basis, to receive optimal patent retrieval strategy, and then complete the patent data downloaded from the Thomson Innovation IP platform, finally using Thomson Data Analyzer software to create index analysis of a data set. A multidimensional analysis system based on 2004 to 2013 global agricultural patent family related to the number and distribution of state, main technology and core of the national constitution, main related technology and innovation, found the concentration characteristic with global competitiveness of the agricultural technology innovation, although China currently has agricultural related patent applications have absolute advantage on the amount, but in the agricultural technology with the international competitiveness of the absolute number and output efficiency and there is a certain gap between the developed countries in the world. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the international competitiveness of agricultural related patents in China in the future.

As a highly-interactive teaching mode, seminar plays a positive role in promoting library’s scientific research because of its superiority in heuristic, participation and practicalness. It's a positive attempt and exploration to bring seminar in library and build a new scientific research mode. Library seminar mode, which includes program setting, project research, topic discussion and project completion, has many effects on scientific research work such as creating subject characteristics and advantage, improving innovation ability, coordinating service and scientific research development, and promoting cooperation and achievement.

According to the developing status of planting in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, this paper analyzed the supply-use and supply-demand balance of water in this area, and deduced the water conservation potential, which can provide reference to cropping pattern improving and water conservation model designing. The result showed: water conservation potential of planting in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei was 3923 million m3; summer corn, wheat, vegetables and fruiter had the most water conservation potential, mainly in piedmont plain high production area, low plain mid-low production area and Taihang Hilly area.

Making capital investment decision is an important part in enterprise’s financial management. Investors use capital budgeting methods to analyze the feasibility of the project, and make decisions. There are many preconditions or hypotheses in these methods of capital budgeting, and reasonable assumption is necessary in investment decision, which can simplify the calculation and analysis process, but we have find such problems which are at variance with the theories in practice, that is relation to the reasonability of the assumption in capital budgeting methods. This paper discussed the feasibility and reasonability of some common assumptions of investment decision, aiming at make better service for investment decision.

Based on the application of Internet technology in the construction of university library resource, the construction of library information resource sharing mode is an important mode to realize the university library resource and provide the high quality service for university. From the perspective of information ecology, this paper analyzed the construction strategy of library information resource sharing mode, so as to explore the optimized configuration of library information resource and maintain the stability and balance of information ecosystem.

To improve the matching degree between the contents of library resource recommendation and user's personalized information demands, and solve the information disorientation, under the frame of cognitive model, this paper adapted the ontology method to respectively build the subjective cognition model of user and library resource, and then build the library resource recommendation system,which was a beneficial attempt on applying cognitive elements to information recommendation system and a new exploration of library knowledge service under big data circumstance.

The construction of experts and scholars database in university is an important part of university literature resource security system construction. This paper analyzed the necessity, construction content and information sources of experts and scholars database construction, and introduced the system’s service and management functions, and proposed the existing problems in the end.

With the popularization of Internet, online training platforms as a medium of knowledge communication has been more and more popular among learners. Open source learning management system is the primary means of online training platform. In this paper, the online training platform construction methods were introduced based on the practical work in a university library. First of all, by comparing the main features of the mainstream open source learning management system, the Moodle system was selected. Next, the platform’s construction method, and the integration of library training resource in platform content construction were introduced. At last, the method of online course building based on the online training platform was introduced.

In this paper, the necessity of constructing knowledge sharing mode in virtual academic community based on SNS was analyzed at first. Then influencing factors of this mode were stated. On this basis the implementation plan of this mode construction and optimizing strategies of its resource organization pattern were given out.

At present, the construction of ethnic literature information resource is mainly based on the traditional text and keyword retrieval technology, which can not accurately understand the needs of users and lack semantic understanding and relevance. From the technical conditions of Semantic Web, this paper built the ethnic literature semantic retrieval model based on ontology, and designed the key ontology of ethnic literature by seven steps to provide reference for the construction of digital information resource of ethnic literature.

Applying knowledge visualization software CiteSpace III, this paper analyzed the articles about precision agriculture published on Chinese core journals and indexed by China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) from 1998 to 2015, and drew visualization maps and revealed the development status of the number, authors, research organization, journals and keywords of published papers, and made a brief summary of the research trends in the future.

Marine gas hydrate is the desirable strategic resource in post-petroleum era. Japan nowadays is in world's leading position on related research. According to the research literature about marine gas hydrate recorded in Japan’s CiNii database in past 22 years, this paper used the bibliometrics method to analyze the year distribution, first author and affiliated institution, core researchers of related literature, and obtained the development dynamic. It showed that Japan’s research on marine gas hydrate was in the stage of ripeness, University of Tokyo with professor Matsumoto as the core and National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology with professor Narita Hideo as the core respectively stood for the highest research level of basic research and applied research. This research provided some reference value in understanding and analyzing the development status of Japan’s research on marine gas hydrate, and making China’s strategic resource planning.

This paper studied 8917 papers associating with earthworm collected from the SCI-E database of WoS from 2006 to 2015, and showed the research time, research field and research distribution, and then used the CiteSpace software to map the keywords co-occurrence pattern and co-cited literature pattern, and detected the burst keywords to help analyze the research foundations, research hotspots, and research fronts.

This paper analyzed the patent applications of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University since 2000, including yearly numbers, types, efficiency, technical categories, inventors, patent strength, etc., through the data from State Intellectual Property Office and Innography platform. The results showed that the top advantageous fields of FAFU's technological innovation concentrated on agriculture, chemistry, etc., and the transformation in A01H(new plant) performed the best.

Based on the contents of recent 2016 conference held by Scholarly Publishing and Academic Resources Coalition of Japan, this paper analyzed the role of Japan’s university libraries in open access and open science advocating. Japan’s university libraries entered into alliance with each other to lower the cost of subscribing to digital periodicals, and emphasized the construction of institutional repository to disseminate academic achievements, and contributed a great share in the promoting of open science. The principal goal of university libraries was to assist the scientific research in Japan.

University libraries have great advantages over the public library in terms of personnel, equipment and resource, but they only open to their own teachers and students generally, which makes the idle and waste of library resource to a certain extent. Based on this situation, this paper investigated the reading needs of the residents around the library of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, and analyzed the advantages and challenges of opening to the public, and put forward some idea for opening to the public.

This paper investigated the websites of China’s "985" university libraries to find out the states of “user classification”, including the popularity, category, content, organization of “user classification” as well as location of “user classification” in the page of websites. By comparing aforementioned information with those in websites of British and American university libraries, it found out the deficiencies in libraries websites of China’s university libraries and made some suggestions.

Taking Guangzhou Library as the example, this paper analyzed the status of wechat public platform in the mobile service of public library, and proposed some suggestions focusing on the existing problems.

The intellectual property awareness of enterprise in this economic form is of great importance, which plays a decisive leading role in the competitiveness of enterprises and the construction of innovative China. This paper mainly described the current lack of intellectual property in China's enterprises,and expounded the necessity of intellectual property rights in the global knowledge economy environment, and proposed the measures to enhance the intellectual property awareness of enterprises, so as to help improve the awareness of enterprises’ intellectual property.

Taking the "211" university libraries in Shaanxi province as the research samples, through the online research, telephone consultation, literature research methods, this paper made the research and comparison of wechat public platform, weibo and APP, and summed up the construction and use status of mobile library in these university libraries. Research found that: most of mobile library service was similar, with the homogenization of service forms, low activities of weibo and low personalization and usage of APP. In the future development process, library should focus on the combination of actual museum, and dig deeply into the needs of readers, and conduct the personalized service according to the identity of readers, and enhance the user experience and satisfaction.

This paper studied the advantages of digital reading, and domestic and foreign development status, and then devised the development direction of future library.

Promotion activities in university as the most characteristic, dynamic and could fully reflect the core values of universities are in full swing and changing both in content and form. After comparing various promotional activities of universities, this paper found that though some activities were innovative, they did not pay enough attention to continuity, and presented some ideas about how to improve the continuity of activities by using the example of East China Normal University Library.

The acceptance of these books is an important source and an important part of the National Library of foreign literature resources construction. This paper expounds the main source of 2008-2016 in the National Library of Western books donation, donation work status by combing the National Library of Western Languages Books Interview group, analyze the existing problems in the management of donated books, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve and optimize the library books management to solve these problems.

This article divided the evaluation standard of information into consciousness and demand, retrieval and acquisition, evaluation, integration and utilization, ethics and security awareness through literature at home and abroad. According to the evaluation standard, a questionnaire investigation about the present situation of college students' information literacy ability has been done. With the help of Multi-sectoral cooperation, the information literacy instruction system of college students in Xi'an Polytechnic University adopts the educational mode combining progressive teaching and customized services, promotes teaching and service with network and new media, choose the assessment mechanism combining offline test and online certification.

Aiming to improve college students’ consciousness and ability of using information, cultivate and develop the information literacy of students by various ways such as library and so on, through the questionnaire and network survey, this paper investigated college students' information consciousness and search ability, information processing ability, information security awareness and information moral consciousness, and explored the way of information literacy training for college students based on the advantages of library as the information resource center for the retrieval, analysis and utilization of information. The results showed that the lack of humanistic quality education and the low utilization rate of library resources hindered the improvement of college students' information literacy. It then proposed that university should play the advantages of library and improve the level of information literacy of college students, through various ways just like strengthening the construction of library resource and website and carrying out the education and training of the readers, and strengthening the teaching reform of course.

This paper briefly introduced the origin and development of Human Library, and expounded the status and problems of science and technology training of new vocational farmers and herdsmen, through the SWOT analysis, analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats factors on the knowledge transfer service of Human Library for science and technology training of new vocational farmers and herdsmen, and put forward the countermeasures.

Especially in the context of full media, compound reading and its promotion has been facing more and more challenges, and also opportunities. Based on it, this paper briefly analyzed the meaning of all media, and put forward the necessity, extension and implementation strategy of compound reading in all media environment, so as to provide reference for the related personnel.

Following the impact of Internet and informatization on the book market, traditional private booksellers threw themselves into the exploitation of digital products gradually. Based on the characteristics of traditional private booksellers, this paper studied the model of digital strategy, designed the offlineexperiences, onlinesales, online after-sales and interactive O2O platform, and also validated by case analysis that this platform was effectivemethods for traditional private booksellers to carry out the digital strategy.

The cooperation situation between 50 Chinese academic journals and 6 databases (CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, Superstar, Bookan, Zhongjiao) were investigated. The results showed that most journals chose to cooperate with about 4 databases, including three well-known academic databases, i.e. CNKI, Wanfang and VIP; but the participation of academic journals in new databases were very few. Then, the benefits and modes of cooperation between journals and databases were analyzed; meanwhile, problems from 4 aspects before cooperation were expounded, including the influence of the journal, the orientation of the database, the potential influence of the database, and the terms of cooperation.

Through the analysis on the significance of domestic university library’s information commons and the comparison of several main service patterns, this paper studied its more important function on the development of university library.

Cloud computing has attracted extensive attention in the field of library science as soon as it was put forward. The introduction of cloud computing mode in library can efficiently improve service quality. In this paper, the existing problems in traditional library service were analyzed. Then theoretical foundation of library’s cloud service was introduced. On this basis, the feasibility and advantages of applying cloud service in digital library were discussed. Construction of digital library’s cloud service on the side of library, cyber cloud and user was suggested. Finally its implementation path was studied based on iceberg principle. This service mode integrated many kinds of other service based on user's demands. It gradually demonstrated its own advantages in library service and facilitated library service to develop in a creative way.

The modern public cultural service system is the transformation and upgrading of China’s traditional culture. Its essence is the reconstitution of the development model of traditional public cultural service on account of the transitionary period in China’s specific historical period. It also indicates a new stage of development of China’s public cultural service. Based on the review of researches on theory and practice at home and abroad, this paper found the five development trends of modern public culture service system which were the scientific management, supply co-operation, developing clustering, layout rationalization and service diversification.

There are still many people and many rural areas living in poverty now. Poverty is characterized by not only economic poverty, but by the trait of cultural poverty. Raising people's cultural quality is one of the important link for their poverty alleviation. Public library is a new cultural force depending on the public cultural facilities and cultural resource to involve in the targeted poverty alleviation, which can make rural areas get rid of poverty in economy and culture more quickly.

Digital humanity is the integration product of humanities and information technology. On the basis of introducing the general situation of research on digital humanity, this paper analyzed its great influence on the contents and service mode of scientific research data management, and summed up the service strategy for the research libraries, mainly including the implementation of professional talent cultivation and introduction, the targeted research service mode and the collaboration of library and researchers or departments.

This paper discussed the significance of the application of knowledge mapping in library’s reference and subject service, the necessity of the combination of knowledge mapping and subject service, as well as the existing problems and solutions, and explored the effect of knowledge mapping on library’s reference and subject service, to provide the scientific basis for the transformation and development of library’s reference and subject service mode.

Reading promotion is a common topic in the research of library. In recent years, under the domestic and international environmental challenges and the internal driving force of library, reading promotion has gradually become an important part of library's new normal state. As reading promotion is a kind of reading service, library should make practical and theoretical inquiry on the new reading service mode to to improve the service effect. Library of East China Normal University took Dunhuang, a social affairs hotspot of “the Belt and Road” as the theme, and relied on the library space for environmental design and innovation, and combined with static and active service and other types of reading promotion activities, and actively carried out the project evaluation, to explore the effectiveness of library service.

Knowledge service is the core service of university library. This paper summarized the connotation of knowledge innovation and knowledge innovation service, and discussed the present situation of knowledge innovation service in university library, and put forward the management strategy of university’s knowledge innovation service based on “Internet+”, including the transformation to the blended library, the construction of smart librarians, the mobile interactive platform construction, the construction of library knowledge innovation service system and library space reconstruction and so on.

This paper researched the service mode of mobile library from its service contents, and analyzed the existing problems, by combining with the mobile Internet environment, proposed the measures to build new mobile library service mode in the new period, which formed the systematic service system from the principle, framework, elements and functions, and further expanded the service ands resource integration, hoping to enhance the quality of mobile library service.

The reading cycle theory has expanded the innovation and development of library reading promotion service from several aspects, such as multiple service provider, extensive reading and interactive service.This paper started with the development trend of library reading promotion mode and the influence of reading cycle thinking on the development of library, and proposed the necessity of library to innovate reading promotion service, and then described the influence of reading cycle theory on service scope, service provider and service quality, and pointed out the innovation direction on reading promotion mode, reading methods, and sharing platform, and put forward the innovation development path from the view of shifting thinking, innovating platform, reforming technology and expanding publicity.

This paper describes the characteristics of collaborative innovation service library alliance information ecology theory, analyzes the construction factors of collaborative innovation service model of Library Alliance Based on information ecology theory, finally puts forward the strategy of collaborative innovation of service mode of library alliance to improve the information ecology theory, in order to promote the service innovation and development of Library alliance.

The new merged local universities are generally lack of regional advantages, and higher level of teaching and academic research and construction platform, with the weak basic environment and poor or imbalanced investment in the original foundation. And the talent team construction has also not been taken seriously for a long time in these university libraries. Its weak foundation mainly reflected in its age structure, gender ratio, academic structure, title structure, etc., resulting in the short board of development. Through the analysis of these factors, this paper proposed the urgency to strengthen the construction of library talent team and the ways to build and stabilize the team, as well as the suggestions on building the long-term mechanism.
