Responsive Mobile Library Website Construction Based on User Experience

Abstract: Through the investigation and analysis on the present situation of the construction of "985" University mobile libraries, this paper pointed out the existing problems, and designed the mobile library website according to the needs of users, with the application of responsive WEB design technology, and the concept of mobile-first and priority touch, and also provided solutions for some problems in touch screen, navigation position and browser compatibility and performance.
