Analysis and Discussion on Digital Reference Service Evaluation Report of McGill University Library

Abstract: This paper summarized and evaluated the digital reference service evaluation report of McGill University Library about its evaluation ideas, evaluation indexes, evaluation methods and evaluation results, and discussed the rationality of the evaluation indexes, and summarized and compared the common evaluation indexes in the domestic literature system, so as to provide a reference for developing quality evaluation system.
