Research on the Role of Academic Librarians in the Environment of MOOC

Abstract: The development of college library has been influenced greatly by the appearance of MOOC. This paper discussed the history of MOOC in oversea universities, and the active participation of academic librarians in the whole process of MOOC, and proposed the position and role of academic librarians in the college libraries according to the development of the MOOC in China.
