Theory and Practice of Commercial Database Construction——Taking Digital Library Promotion Project as an Example

Abstract: This paper introduced the features of commercial database and the resource construction theories like pricing model, and stated the status and purchasing principles of commercial database by taking Digital Library Promotion Project(DLPP) as an example, and analyzed the problems at this stage, and gave the advice to help DLPP develop better.
