Exploration and Practice on the Reading Promotion of University Library from the“New”Perspective——Case Study of Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology Library

Abstract: The life forms of the target group(college students) of university library’s reading promotion activities are closely related to reading, while the reading promotion work has been carried out in full swing. Library should try new aspects of innovation in advocating reading concepts and contents, with new students as the key target group, and carry out a series of reading promotion activities by applying new technology and new media, so as to make reading promotion work become the new norm of library through practice and experience.
