Burnout of Female Librarians in University Library from the Perspective of Career Planning

Abstract: Female librarians are pivotal in university library. Due to female's physical and psychological factors, social cognitive bias and professional role marginalization, female librarians are prone to burnout. However, career planning and personal development of female librarians in university library do not attract library administrator's attention. Female librarians’ personal value cognition and professional improvement should be strengthened to eliminate negative emotions at work and promote personal development.
