Platform Construction of Offline Librarian Forum

Abstract: Librarian forum is often seen as the electronic bulletin board service on the internet for librarian, which is a new communication form among librarians since the rise of network. Librarian BBS proposed in this paper was an offline cultural activity organized inside the library, which was a platform built by a well organized team and participated by all the librarians of a library. The design, characters, and development strategy of offline librarian forum were discussed.
