Discussion on Role Playing and Basic Accomplishment of Subject Librarian in University

Abstract: Subject librarian’s role playing is to present the job responsibilities in detail through actual behaviors. To improve the basic accomplishment of subject librarian, it should adhere to the basic principles for serving the needs of teachers and students, and change the traditional thinking of library actively, and pay special attentions to enhance the ability of knowledge service of subject librarian.
