Study on Classification Analysis Model of Competitive Intelligence Based on Classification Index System

Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology and the increasingly fierce competition of market, competitive intelligence has become the important factor which brings enterprise to survive and develop. Due to lack of classification index system, the traditional analysis model of competitive intelligence raises the problems of classification efficiency and quality. This paper first constructs classification index system, and then based on this index system constructs classification analysis model of competitive intelligence, and introduces the details of modules in the model.
