Rethinking the Realization of Intelligence from the Perspective of Information Chain

Abstract: In the environment of computer technology, big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and data science, intelligence research has once again caused great concern. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to re-recognize intelligence research from the perspective of information chain. Based on combing and analyzing the information chain, intelligence and the relationship between them, the information realization and service system model from the perspective of information chain is constructed. The study finds that in the new era, each transformation link of the information chain will be directly or indirectly transformed into intelligence, and the information chain and intelligence attributes, human cognition, management and technology will have greater impact for realization of intelligence. Finally, some suggestions for improving the realization of intelligence are put forward.
