Data quality is the precondition of data application and the core content of big data research. In the environment of computer technology, big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and data science, intelligence research has once again caused great concern. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to re-recognize intelligence research from the perspective of information chain. Based on combing and analyzing the information chain, intelligence and the relationship between them, the information realization and service system model from the perspective of information chain is constructed. The study finds that in the new era, each transformation link of the information chain will be directly or indirectly transformed into intelligence, and the information chain and intelligence attributes, human cognition, management and technology will have greater impact for realization of intelligence. Finally, some suggestions for improving the realization of intelligence are put forward.

[Purpose/Significance] In the era of big data, data, as the driving force of scientific research, has played an extremely important role in academic research. As a research university, academic library supports the important field of academic research. Under the data-intensive research paradigm, the services it provides support the development of digital academics. [Methods/Procedures] This article compares the content and model of digital academic support services between domestic and foreign university libraries, and analyzes the new trends and new methods needed for digital academic support. [Results/Conclusion] University libraries should provide all-round support services for digital academics with talent as the core, resources as the foundation, and space as the carrier. At the same time, the development of digital academics is also the publication business of university libraries. The exchange mechanism and marketing model provide opportunities for iterative development, avoiding the marginalization of university libraries in the digital era and opening up broader ways for their own development.

Wisdom reading has the function of psychological healing. We use Delphi method to construct the classification index of resources. Information resources are divided into four knowledge dimensions, and then into thirteen subcategories. With the help of analytic hierarchy process(AHP), a pairwise judgment matrix is constructed to calculate the weights of thirteen resources and rank them. Finally, the function of the evaluation system is put forward, which provides a standard for wisdom guidance, reading promotion and psychological healing.

In order to satisfy the readers and improve the efficiency and satisfaction of the library literature resources construction, this paper investigates and analyses the current situation of the library literature resources construction and reader's demand through the methods of literature investigation and questionnaire survey. On this basis, the five-in-one mode of literature resources in university libraries driven by reader's demand and characterized by four main channels of OPAC inquiry, multi-channel recommendation and physical bookstore and electronic resources, supplemented by literature delivery and subject service team services is constructed. The paper summarizes the characteristics of the model and assists implement data statistics with the model for a period of time.Five links should be created according to the demand of readers and act for the demand of readers, complement each other, coordinate with each other, systematically and omni-directionally meet the demand of readers, and explore the future development direction of literature resources construction in university libraries from this mode.

[Objective] 5G technology will lead to the decline of library entrance and borrowing. In order to put forward constructive measures to change the development path of libraries in the future, this paper discusses and analyses the development trend, prospective application and technological development of 5G to readers' behavior habits. [Methods] Expanding research areas, research on the relationship between communication technology updating and reader behavior based on large data, combining readers' needs and subjective experience. This paper analyses the characteristics of library readers' behavior under the future 5G technology. [Limitation] At present, the impact of 5G technology on libraries is still in its infancy. There is no unified thought in academic practice and theory. It is very important of grasping the future development direction of libraries, and then finding accurate response strategies. [Conclusions] 5G technology is both a challenge and an opportunity for the development of libraries. Researchers should expand their research areas, seek coping strategies, and establish technological development ideas including Dalian Connection Technology, Cloud Computing, AI Services and Decentralization and the management concept of "de-centralization".

Just in Time /JIT, created by the Japanese automaker Toyota in mid-20th Century, has been a leading philosophy for both production and inventory management for decades. Libraries in the U.S. increasingly are applying this philosophy to managing collections and services. It is a departure from the more traditional just-in-case /JIC model used for centuries. From selection, to collection building, collection development, and now collection services, the evolution on the terms describing the professional activities surrounding library collections reflects how libraries build their collections at different times. JIT collection services have taken over most libraries in the U.S. What is it and how is it applied? This paper describes the JIT model by practices from the U.S. libraries.

In order to optimize the running strategy of sci-tech journals and improve their influence, this study analyzed the relationship between journal influence, publication delay and quantity of papers by using influence factor as the index of journal influence. The agricultural journals were taken as an example. Impact factors were normalized to eliminate the influence of natural factors of journals such as popularity of a journal on the impact factors so that the journals were comparable. Then, models were established to quantify the relationship between normalized impact factors and publication delay (or publication delay and paper load). The normalized impact factor would not affected by publication delay until the publication delay was smaller than 350 d (about 1 year) at least. The logarithm of normalized impact factor changed with logarithm of paper load and publication delay following a linear function. According to the model, the normalized impact factor decreased with increasing the paper load when the paper load was between 300 and 700, otherwise, it increased with paper load. Therefore, we suggested to shorten the publication delay within 1 year at least and adjusted the paper load according to model in order to improve the influence of journals.

This paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of intelligent bookshelf in college libraries and summarizes its construction experience. It aims to develop and design a set of intelligent bookshelf management system based on the actual situation of Shenyang Aerospace University Library to improve the intelligent service level of the library. Through the case of intelligent use of bookshelves in domestic university libraries, this paper summarizes the problems and solutions in the process of intelligent library design in college libraries, and proposes a library intelligent bookshelf construction method based on the comparison and processing of collection data. The design and development process of the intelligent bookshelf system is realized based on software. Intelligent service has become a new way for university libraries to improve their own services. The intelligent bookshelf construction method based on data analysis and processing focuses on reducing development difficulty and saving implementation cost. It is practical and popular, and it is a kind of innovative model of intelligent service for university libraries.
