Abstract: Considering the full flexibility and efficiency of MANET network, this paper selected its service network as the service network of cloud digital library. Based on the relevant theories of cloud digital library research, it proposed regional cloud digital library model in stratified MANET environment, with five layers, including MANET user layer, MAN network layer, portal layer, interface layer to virtual digital library, cloud library operation maintenance center layer. The simulation results showed that the model had high efficiency, reliability and safety, can meet the user demand better.
