Analysis of Tacit Knowledge Transfer and Sharing Mechanism of Human Library

Abstract: As a new knowledge service mode of library, the human library has its unique characteristics in the aspect of tacit knowledge service. This paper, on the basis of exploring the model of the tacit knowledge service of the human library, analyzing its characteristics and limitations, proposes the construction of a knowledge base of the human library from the technical level, expounds the operation mechanism and significance of the knowledge base of the human library, in order to provide a reference for further research on the transfer and sharing of the tacit knowledge of the human library.
