Extension and Expansion on Service Function of Human Library under the Strategy of Cultural Poverty Alleviation

Abstract: This paper analyzed the present situation of library service for cultural poverty alleviation, and discussed its advantages from reading "book" and reading "people", and proposed that the extension and expansion of library's service function for cultural poverty alleviation mainly reflected in the information push, reading promotion and reference, and put forward the development from the integration of information technology and the enhancement of social cooperation.
