Research on Makerspace Construction in University Library Based on Fusion Double Helix Model

Abstract: Aiming at the problems existing in the makerspace construction of university library, this paper proposed a fusion double helix model. Considering the different needs of different users on university library makerspace, it analyzed the construction status of university library makerspace, and studied how the makerspace construction based on this model to promote the integrated development of students, and put forward the practical suggestions at the same time, which would bring inspiration to the innovation of library service concept and find new entry points for improving the reader service.
