Exploration and Practice of Information Literacy Education Service Model with Enterprise Staffs Oriented

Abstract: Offering information literacy education to enterprise staffs, can not only meet the information needs in the process of enterprise innovation and development, and comprehensively improve information literacy, but also improve the social visibility of university library to make more readers benefit. With specific cases, this paper introduced the contents and forms of information literacy education service facing to enterprise staffs offered by University Town Library of Shenzhen, and discussed the current deficiency and future improvement direction.
