This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of papers in order to reflect the influence from many angles, provide the evaluation and selection of a new perspective, we divided the influence of papers into the perceived degree of influence, social influence and academic influence dimension; through index correlation analysis, reliability and validity analysis to select indexes, the allocation of index weight based on factor analysis, at last, construct a Three - Dimensional Method for evaluating the influence of a single paper . The empirical analysis shows that the paper can be divided into five categories: common, professional, star, star - professional and famous.

In this research, based on the academic papers of clinical medicine, we use quantitative analysis and visualization to analyze the differences between Altmetrics and citation analysis by exploring the features between top Altmetric Score papers and ESI hot papers from multiple aspects, such as the annual volume, the distribution of journals, the regional distribution of authors and research hot spots. Compared with the traditional citation method, Altmetrics has the advantages of timeliness, diversification of source journals and themes close to life but lack of rigidity and poor stability. Only by combining Altmetrics with citation analysis, the academic influence of scientific achievements can be accurately predicted by the academic evaluation system.

In this paper, 1756 domestic and 427 foreign literature co-authorship data in the field of webometrics have collected, the use of social network analysis methods to establish and study the domestic and foreign Co-authorship network, analysis of the overall characteristics of the two networks, through its network Density, average path, clustering coefficient and group analysis of connected groups in the network, revealed both domestic and foreign co-author status and model, and the study found that the foreign Co-authorship network is superior to the domestic, tacit knowledge is obvious, but the network is small.

This paper analyzes the distribution of journals and disciplines, the distribution of authors and institutions, the distribution of journals and the frequency of key words. Using CiteSpace to carry on the keyword co-occurrence analysis, get the research hotspot and the frontier. On the basis of this, it reveals the key and shortcomings of the research in this field, and explores the development trend of the future journal evaluation.

Using the tool of CiteSpace, this article analyses high frequency keyword co-ocurrence and document co-citation, which obtain hot topics and frontiers. Suming up main contents of the study, the distribution characteristics of content is revealed. On this basis, the paper evaluates its emphases and shortcomings, and explores the important research directions of journal evaluation.

The performance evaluation of digital resource is a multi-index comprehensive evaluation on the nature of its evaluation. The theoretical basis in constructing the multi-index comprehensive evaluation index system should include the target consistency theory, system evaluation theory, stakeholder theory and the quantitative and qualitative combination. The components can be divided into five elements: the contents of digital resource, the ability to supply the digital resource retrieval system, the usage of users, the analysis of cost(digital resources service input) and the situation of digital resources service. The structure design of this system generally adopted the stratification method, which was divided into three levels: the total target layer, the standard layer and the index layer, respectively reflecting the systematization, hierarchy and correlation of the index system, and was also convenient for quantitative evaluation.

Cloud storage technology can create reliable resource storage environment, and provide guarantee for long-term preservation and efficient service of digital library collection resource. On the basis of introducing the concept, technical foundation and application scope of cloud storage, this paper analyzed the advantages of cloud storage technology used in the long-term preservation of digital library resource, studied the cloud storage mode of digital library collection resource such as private cloud, shared cloud, alliance cloud and so on, and proposed the construction of digital books based on cloud storage technology. The long- term preservation system of library collection resource, so as to ensure the long-term preservation of library resource, and enhance the quality of library resources construction and service.

By investigating library's characteristic resource construction of 14 comprehensive universities in Guangdong province, the status quo, the forms of access and the types of resources were classified and sorted out, and the existing problems were given and discussed.

Commercial databases are important components for digital collection. During the process of renewal evaluation, the usage statistic is essential for judging whether the resource is demanding or approved. With higher standard for statistic granularity, there will be more objective data for evaluation. This paper gave an introduction to PIRUS project, and discussed the meaning of more detailed usage statistic for commercial database evaluation, as well as some problems we have to face in this process.

With the rapid development of science and technology in recent years, libraries need to annotate and mine collection resource to provide users with high-quality knowledge and information. Based on the analysis of the meaning and characteristics of big data technology, this paper analyzed the impact of big data technology on the library construction, including library service model, data mining, knowledge information tagging, knowledge information discovery system, and discussed the advantages and functions of knowledge annotation and mining of library collection resource in big data era, including citation analysis, function description, semantic relevance orientation, academic source of content discussion, and summed up the construction approach of knowledge annotation and mining mechanism.

With the rapid development of internet, virtual knowledge community is popular in social groups, which affects people's life style and knowledge acquisition. This paper took Zhihu as an example and discussed the information flow transmission mechanism and influence mechanism of virtual knowledge communities, so as to reveal the rule of information flow and promote the development of virtual knowledge communities.

Using CNKI database as data resource, Citespace as visual analysis tool, this paper analyzed the keywords in RSS research, and then further clarifies the RSS reader Inoreader, and excavated the existing functions to build a personal information integration platform by combining the characteristics of personal information management, which solved the problem of one-stop quick information access in information age. It also discussed the function and insufficiency of Inoreader, and provided a new method for the application of RSS reader in personal information management.

With the rapid development and popularization of AI and big data, the value of user behavior data has been gradually recognized, which further promotes the development of smart library. In order to improve the intelligence and humanization service of library, based on the history data of library users, this paper used data analysis and data modeling technology to organize user data and dig out valuable information for users, formulate corresponding classification rules and draw user profiles that meet users' needs, so as to provide users with better services, and ultimately enhance the service capacity and quality of libraries.

With the rapid development of information technology in China in recent years, it is necessary to use big data technology to build the guarantee mechanism for the open and utilization of government data, improve the efficiency of government information resource utilization and encourage the public to actively participate in social affairs. Based on the analysis of the content and characteristics of big data technology, the significance of the open and utilization of government data was discussed, including enhancing the transparency of government information, improving the efficiency of government departments and promoting the participation of citizens in political affairs, and the functional advantages of government data disclosure and utilization in the big data era were studied. And the construction ways of government data open and utilization guarantee mechanism were summarized.

Open access is the product of the development of information society, and has advantages in promoting social progress in all aspects. It is feasible and necessary for open access and the convergence and integration of libraries in the new era. Open access education resource, image resource, book resource and scientific research platform have strong representativeness in the construction of open access system in China. Under the background of open access, library should adjust the development strategy according to the specific situation, actively introduce the related open platform, and determine its position and role in the whole open access process.

This paper introduced the inherent requirements of digital library's service function innovation based on big data and internet, and studied the construction of learning support platform, and proposed the specific implementation methods of digital library innovation and learning support platform construction, aiming to promote the service and management mode innovation, improve the efficiency of information service.

Based on the review on service capacity evaluation of domestic public libraries, this paper built the municipal library capacity evaluation system, including two first-class indexes, six second-class indexes and twenty-one third-class indexes. Then, it selected eleven municipal libraries in Hubei province as samples from Statistical Yearbook of Hubei 2016 and performed Grey relevancy analysis to conduct the empirical research on the evaluation system.

According to the changes of user demand in the "Internet + Library" environment, this paper pointed out the development direction of library business re-engineering, including the standardization of service platform, the datamation of business processing, O2O, integration of smart service, and proposed the contents of "Internet + Library" business re-engineering from the aspects of re-engineering service model, reconstructing organizational structure, reorganizing business process and optimizing business space, so as to promote the development and reform of library business.

Taking the paper book loan data in Jiangnan University Library from 2002-2017 as example, this paper analyzed the change rules of book loan time series data, and established multiple seasonal ARIMA with Autoregressive conditional heteroscedasticity model in view of the complicated seasonal effect and long-term trend of the sequence caused by its randomness and human factors. According to Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) and the minimum relative error criterion, it selected the optimal ARIMA-ARCH model to fit the data and predict the prospect effectively. According to the forecast, the borrowing capacity would continue to decrease slowly in the future with yearly period, so as to provide valuable information to library managers.

Network public opinion monitoring in the network era has experienced rapid development, which can help authorities, enterprises and institutions grasp the dynamics of public opinion, improve work and make scientific decisions. Network public opinion is closely related to social stability and harmonious society. This paper expounded the working mechanism, monitoring methods and countermeasures of network public opinion monitoring of professional libraries, and improved the monitoring service and safeguard mechanism.

Offering information literacy education to enterprise staffs, can not only meet the information needs in the process of enterprise innovation and development, and comprehensively improve information literacy, but also improve the social visibility of university library to make more readers benefit. With specific cases, this paper introduced the contents and forms of information literacy education service facing to enterprise staffs offered by University Town Library of Shenzhen, and discussed the current deficiency and future improvement direction.

The common information communication models mainly include Lasswells 5W Model, Shannon-Weave Communication System model, А.И.Mihaylov Model, Schramm Mass Communication Model, Yan Yimin Information Communication Stack ModeL and CNKI Information Communication ModeL. By introducing these information communication models, this paper analyzed the learning process and communication model of MOOC, explored the information communication model according to MOOC, summarized its advantages and problems, and proposed optimization suggestions.

MOOC has impacted the service mode of traditional library with a brand new education idea, and brought more possibilities for the future development of public library. Both domestic and foreign libraries actively participated in it. Taking the public class service in National Library of China as an example, this paper comprehensively demonstrated all aspects from the content construction, platform framework, display service, publicity and promotion of "National Library of China's Public Class Project". Using the questionnaire method, it collected and made researches of the user's habits and feedback, made deep thinking about the service contents, service channels and service effectiveness of public class in the future.

With the rapid development of Internet technology and the ever-increasing proportion of national digital reading, the digital publication transformation of sci-tech journals is imperative. This paper analyzed the advantages and opportunities from the perspective of users, and outlined the interactive vision of multi-role users in the digital publishing process, and proposed the digital publishing measures to provide all-round service for users, including creating QQ or wechat groups, using 3rd party media to guide user interaction, relying on own websites to build social platforms, educating authors on the digital publication awareness, building all-in-one XML publishing process and creating pure digital journals.

Based on the concept of "Internet +", cloud-library project has become the important tool for public library to meet the opportunities and challenges of reader service and conform to the development of public library 3.0. This paper discussed the digital platform construction, collection planning and digital resources circulation, and tried to display the basic framework system of the cloud-libary project.

In the new development environment, think-tank as an important component to support the development of all sectors of society, is necessary to enhance service level and service quality in open innovation environment. Based on the impact of open innovation environment on the development of new think-tank, this paper summarized the development trend of current knowledge service from three aspects of service orientation, service content, service system, and put forward the basic problems to build new think-tank service mode in open innovation environment from service framework, system and method. Finally, it proposed the development strategy of knowledge service mode for new think-tank from environment, mechanism, service and technology, so as to promote the improvement of knowledge service level of library think-tank under the new situation.

Artificial Intelligence(AI) technology is the highland of global innovation of science and technology, which is an important driving force for social change. The introduction of AI technology in the digital library will further promote the transformation and innovation of digital library and bring new opportunities. Information service forms based on AI have included intelligent retrieval and intelligent guidance. Digital library should pay attention to the key link of intelligent information service, and take hand in AI technology to participate in future development trend of digital library service.

As the important information and logistics intermediary in agricultural supply chain, the information issue of agricultural products dealers has been ignored for long time. This paper made the questionnaire survey and unstructured interview of 356 dealers, and analyzed their information requirement characteristics and influence factors combined with factor analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The results showed that the dealers had strong demands on specialized weather forecast information and food safety information, and their information demands was influenced by marketing character rather than human character, which meant the information service design should focus on the scale and organization type of dealers. Finally it proposed the information service design advice based on research results.

Intelligent service is an important direction of library development. As one of the most advanced intelligent technologies, robot technology will greatly improve the service level of library. Starting from the problems in the development of library, this paper analyzed the necessity of applying intelligent robot in library service, expounded its main functions and remarkable characteristics in the process of practical application, summarized the main existing problems, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of intelligent robot in library service innovation.

As new media is rising represented by wechat, international students are joining in the community of new media, from which they get cross-culture support. This paper used the crawlers written by Python language to obtain the article samples from five wechat public accounts of domestic university libraries and international student administrations, and analyzed the difference of article quantity and contents, and proposed that libraries should pay attention to the psychological changes of international students, and proactively promote the process of heterological acculturation by organizing activities, multisectoral cooperation and personalized service.

The development of big data and social progress have injected new vitality and motivation into library service, and also brought more opportunities and challenges. In the big data era, library should use big data to innovate library service, and improve the core competitiveness. This paper first analyzed the characteristics of big data, and discussed its influences and challenges on libraries as well as the requirements, and finally hypothesized that the innovation of library service must be on its way.

Based on the analysis of existing problems in current performance appraisal of university library, this paper put forward the basic ideas and some questions in introducing the 360 appraisal methods into circulation department.
