The Status and Countermeasures of Library's Wechat Public Platform ——Investigation of Public Libraries in Baotou Area

Abstract: In the ubiquitous environment of mobile internet, libraries have constructed wechat public platform and service. Through the investigation and analysis about the construction and usage of wechat public platform in 18 libraries in Baotou area, this paper studied the external characteristics, service contents of custom menu, interaction and release and reading of wechat public accounts, and summarized the investigation results, and proposed further development countermeasure and suggestion.
