A Review of Research on Collaborative Digital Reference Service in Domestic and Foreign Libraries

Abstract: With the deepening of reference service function in libraries, there are a few collaborative digital reference service model in regional libraries in China, which have been popularized and applied to a certain extent, effectively alleviating the prominent contradiction that libraries can not fully meet the growing demands of users only relying on themselves. This paper analyzed the research literature of CDRS at home and abroad, with a view to provide a powerful reference for the follow-up study of CDRS.
