Study on the Russian Information Society Development Strategy(2017-2030)

Abstract: The paper introduces the background and main contents of the Russian Federation information society development strategy (2017-2030), compares the strategy with the 2008 version, and summarizes its characteristics of framework structure and specific content. The paper also analyzes the challenges the strategy faces. We expect it can provide some reference for our country's information society development.
