Research on the Support Path of Library and Information Institutions on the National Think Tank Construction

Abstract: Since the 18th National Congress, constructing new think tank with China's characteristics has become an important development strategy. With the deepening of think tank concept, more and more libraries and information institutions are needed to participate in the whole process of think tank construction with the rich information resource and professional information analysis team. At present, the construction of think tank in China has existed some prominent problems, such as the deficient ability to make decision research, the weak communication influence ability, and the lagging ability of achievement transformation. In the era of big data, library and information institutions have natural advantages in the construction of service think tanks. It should actively explore the realization path of service think tank construction, promote the transformation and development of their service mode and new think tank construction.
