The Ohio library and information network (OhioLINK) has created a model of Library resources joint procurement and co-construction and sharing, which is the model of library cooperation and efficient service. The aims of paper is to provide references for the domestic library alliance model, through introduce the overview of OhioLINK (including history and current situation, purpose and vision, funding source, management mode), strategy of resource construction and group procurement, content and service mode of resource construction.

Canadian Research Knowledge Network(CRKN), formerly known as Canadian National Site Licensing Project(CNSLP), was created with the support of Canadian Foundation for Innovation(CFI), 64 universities and local government in 2000, has developed into a non-profit organization of 75 members and 1.2 million service objects by 2009. CRKN greatly improved the efficiency and effect of information acquisition and academic resources sharing in Canada. This study focuses on the general situation, resource construction goal and details, funding source and sharing model, innovation and effect of service mode of CRKN. On that basis, some thoughts and enlightenment about the development of library consortia in china were put forward.

The root cause of economic poverty is cultural poverty. Farmers in poor areas are conservative in ideology and cultural quality, which has seriously affected the development of regional economy. Personalized service of library has been more and more popular with readers. And providing high-quality personalized service needs data mining technology as the support, such as Apriori algorithm, genetic algorithm, classification, clustering and so on. On the basis of introducing association rules and its mining process, this paper used open source distributed database middleware Cobar to build library personalized system. Taking the classic Apriori algorithm for example, it showed that the distributed system had the main characteristics of easy deployment, easy to use, maintenance, parallel computing and computing time reduction.

Combining with the traditional characteristic resource static service model, it put forward a interactive and scientific dynamic characteristic resource expert library. This paper studied the status of university library's web portal and its development in "internet plus" era. During "Internet plus" era, new technique is changing people's reading actions, as well as university library's service mode. At present, the construction of think tank in China has existed some prominent problems, such as the deficient ability to make decision research, the weak communication influence ability, and the lagging ability of achievement transformation. In the era of big data, library and information institutions have natural advantages in the construction of service think tanks. Under the background of industrial upgrading,as well as the transformation and development of university library, this paper analyzed the necessity and feasibility of university library with industrial characteristics to establish the makerspace related to the industry, and proposed that it could promote the industry's innovation and development, and help seek new development space for university library with industrial characteristics by combining the idea of Fashion Creative Library in Wuhan Textile University.

From the definition, characteristics and functions of collaborative library, this paper analyzed the strategic significance of collaborative library in the development of public library in the new period. Combined with the cooperation theory on collection region, collection content, organization and purchasing, as well as Wiki cooperation theory, it further pointed out the matters needing attention in the development of collaborative library, and put forward new strategic system for collaborative library to provide some reference for library construction in the new period.

According to the present status that only less studies were reported on reader satisfaction degree in university library, this study took China West Normal University Library as an example, designed a questionnaire based on an improved "LibQUAL+" model, and carried out a survey in student readers possessing different gender, different major and different education background. And then, the collected data were analyzed using statistical software. The results showed that the library can meet users' minimum acceptable reader satisfaction degree, but there were still some gap between users` perceptions and expectations of reader satisfaction degree. It can provide beneficial reference for construction and development of other university libraries.
