Practice and Reflection on Procurement of Agricultural Electronic Resources under Shared Economy --Take the Shandong Agricultural Library Alliance as an example

Abstract: Based on the analysis of Shandong agricultural electronic literature procurement guided by demand, this paper redefines the agricultural library alliance and its business activities by using the sharing economy thinking, discusses the characteristics of the regional library alliance under the sharing economy and makes a prospect, in order to provide some reference for the practice of the national agricultural library alliance.
