The international research status of emergency management was mastered, and the development trend was predicted by analyzing the related literature, to promote the development of emergency management theory and practice in China. The literature about emergency management with higher citation frequency in the American SCI Database was summarized, analyzed and introduced by using the method of document analysis and feature analysis. The foreign theoretical achievements can provide theoretical and practical references for the China's development in the field of emergency management.

More and more emergencies in modern society, not only bring inconvenience to people's life and work, also seriously threaten the safety of life and property. Emergency management tries to reduce the emergencies as well as the injuries and deaths, and protect the safety of people, and the establishment of Ministry of the Emergency Management has represented that China's emergency management has entered a new period. Through the statistic analysis on the related literature in CNKI from 2003 to 2018, this paper adopted the keyword analysis and co-appearance network analysis to study the research status and trend of emergency management field, and analyzed the literature quantity and keyword co-appearance network of natural disasters, accident disasters, public health incidents and social security incidents, and concluded the research hotspots and trend.

To make clear the position, risk and security measure of China in the scientific network of the Belt and Road Initiative, the DIIS theory, social network analysis and management mechanism design were applied on the scientific literature data from 2013 to 2017 collected from the science citation index. The results showed that the high exposure of China's science and technology might cause uncontrollable factors, challenge of intellectual property rights and loss of science and technology resource with all kinds of non-traditional security issues. The control of core technology, the protection of intellectual property rights and the supervision from government and society were main route for the scientific intelligence security.

Based on the analysis of Shandong agricultural electronic literature procurement guided by demand, this paper redefines the agricultural library alliance and its business activities by using the sharing economy thinking, discusses the characteristics of the regional library alliance under the sharing economy and makes a prospect, in order to provide some reference for the practice of the national agricultural library alliance.

At present, the books supplier selection methods are inadequate both at home and abroad. This paper uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and osculation value process (OVP) to construct the AHP-OVP evaluation model in the selection process. The model test shows that the method can effectively select books suppliers and make up for the defects of previous books supplier selection methods to a certain extent.

This paper tried to simplify the process of database retrieving and data processing reports workflow and improve its efficiency by using a program to automate the data analysis of Web of Science(WoS for short) and the reports generation. so as to reduce the repeated and exhaust human labor tasks. Using Java and its Word file manipulating library, i.e., docx4j, we wrote a program which could handle the saved records of WoS data and decide the citing papers to be self-citation or not, then automatically generated the report from the Word file template. It could at the same time export several summary files containing the papers' and their citing papers' statistic data which then can be used for reports editing or institutions repository data storing. This program separated the human tasks and the data analysis workflow, which could save quite a lot of time-consuming human interference for some other automated workflow systems, making reports generating process simpler and more compact.

To ensure objectivity, authenticity and timely effectiveness of sci-tech project and complete sci-tech novelty report, the Library of North University of China has independently developed a sci-tech novelty search system. Based on the SSH framework, it included the user business process and backstage management process, and secured the system through a strict authorization management mechanism. This paper analyzed the functions of the system, and gave the system structure and key technologies.

By using of Ucinet software, this paper finds out several representative research teams in persionalized information service (PIS) field through establishing the 2-mode bipartite graph of key words and author, based on the 7426 research papers about PIS from 2008--2017 in Chinese academic literature web database. We also find out the team core characters and the subject research hotspots of the PIS fields according to the degree centrality index.This paper give out a new way for discovering the research teams using the 2-mode bipartite network.

Based on cognition of importance of wetland biodiversity and methodology of Citespace knowledge mapping, visual analysis on scale, force, space, feeler, hot spots, leading edge and knowledge foundation of research in wetland biodiversity were carried out with Web of Science as data source and by CiteSpaceⅤ.The benign developing sate of the field was cleared.The general plans of deepening cooperating, rationalizing sequence of ideas, tamping basis, paying close attention to hot spots and breaking leading edges were raised for research in the field developing in depth.

Taking the retrieval system of Shanghai intellectual property right (patent information) public service platform as the source of statistics, this paper analyzed the patent application, layout, technical research focus, applicant and the research direction of main applicants in China with the help of patent information analysis method, and revealed the distribution law and characteristics of tomato patent technology, and explored the technological innovation ability and technology level, so as to provide a reference for the field of tomato technology research.

Based on the theory of ecology and system theory, with agricultural library as the research object, this paper analyzed the constituent factors and connotation of agricultural library information ecosystem. According to the characteristics of information ecology of agricultural library, it constructed an information ecosystem model and applied to guide the ecological development of agricultural library. It applied the research method of information ecology in the construction of agricultural library so as to provide theoretical guidance for the development of agricultural library and enrich the theoretical research system of information ecology.

With the advent of diversification era, the knowledge needs of users are increasingly diversified and specialized, which poses new challenges to library service. The research on the operation mechanism of micro knowledge ecosystem of smart library can provide the theoretical basis for new knowledge service, guarantee the effective optimization and integration of knowledge resource, and realize the service upgrade. Based on a brief analysis about four major elements of micro-knowledge ecosystem of smart libraries, this paper probed into the causes of its formation from three aspects: social development, technological progress, knowledge enrichment, optimization and adjustment, demand-driven and service upgrade, and focused on the life cycle of the micro-knowledge ecosystem of intelligent libraries, and finally discussed the operation mechanism from cooperation, circulation and guarantee.

By introducing the development of AI and combining with China's systematic planning for AI, this paper tried to predict that what kinds of AI related technologies would be of priority applied in library industry in the coming ten years, so as to help library improve the management and service level. By referring to the AI application in other fields, and focusing on the features of domestic libraries, it used the enumeration method to draw the map that AI related technologies would construct intelligent reading, widely apply intelligent robots, build digital and open collection, conduct precision and interactive service to develop intelligent library, hoping to provide some ideas for the future library development in the next ten years.

The graduation design is a comprehensive practice teaching aspect to improve the level of information literacy and cultivate the ability of autonomous learning. Based on OBE idea, designs information literacy education system embedded in the whole process of graduation design, puts forward a proposal of two ways to evaluate the effect of information literacy education, explores the information literacy education model based on the concept of OBE.

At present, with the acceleration of the modernization process in our country and the development of economy, which has promoted the construction of informatization in the whole country, there is also a low economic level and a relatively backward level of informatization in rural areas of western China. Due to the "Matthew Effect", the development of rural economy and information lags far behind that of cities. The gap between the two areas is gradually increasing. The problem of information poverty in rural regions has become increasingly prominent, seriously hampering the development of rural economy. In this regard, based on the research results of the latest rural information poverty at home and abroad, based on the full and accurate questionnaire, this paper analyzes the farmers' information quality and rural information from two aspects: information awareness and information ability. Finally, some feasible countermeasures are put forward according to the status of information poverty in Anyun Township, Tongchuan District so as to speed up the information loss in rural areas.

This paper analysed audiences' basic role in constructing communication ability, and put forward the suggestion that sci-tech periodicals should enlarge the scope of audiences toward the public. The article studied the necessity and connotation of popular communication of sci-tech periodicals from the aspects of country, society, open science, existence and development, and also discussed its feasibility in respects of policy environment, user requirements, content production, technical measures, communication model and academic quality. Finally, some problems that need to be sorted out were briefly described.
