The Scientific Intelligence Security of the Belt and Road Initiative Based on Social Network Analysis of Scientific Literature

Abstract: To make clear the position, risk and security measure of China in the scientific network of the Belt and Road Initiative, the DIIS theory, social network analysis and management mechanism design were applied on the scientific literature data from 2013 to 2017 collected from the science citation index. The results showed that the high exposure of China's science and technology might cause uncontrollable factors, challenge of intellectual property rights and loss of science and technology resource with all kinds of non-traditional security issues. The control of core technology, the protection of intellectual property rights and the supervision from government and society were main route for the scientific intelligence security.
