Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] A digital library plays an important role in students' learning and scientific research work. Therefore, it is necessary to have a deep understanding of the behavior of users and actual usage of digital libraries. It will lead to the complete and comprehensive digital library construction. [Method/Process] Based on the technology acceptance model (TAM) and qualitative analysis on the research works, the research first proposes the digital resources utilization behavioral model of university students in ethnic minority areas by including the factors of the system characteristics, interface characteristics and the individual differences and adding the information quality factors, and then, carries out path analysis with structural equation modeling. [Results/Conclusions] The results show that the perceived usefulness and the perceived ease of use have a positive effect on students' acceptance of digital information system. System characteristic, personal difference and the information quality factors positively affect the Han students' use of information resources, while system characteristics, self-efficacy and the perceived ease of use positively affect the Mongolian university students' acceptance and use of system.
