Construction of Northwest Local Literature under the Background of Cultural Tourism Integration

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Local literature is an important cultural resource. The collection, collation and reconstruction of local literature are not only the inheritance of historical culture, but also the inevitable requirement of promoting local cultural construction and improving the quality of people's cultural life. [Method/ Process] This paper surveys the practice of the project "starting from Wukang road" in Shanghai Library, and summarizes the experience of local literature resources and cultural tourism integration. It investigates the local literature resources database of provincial public libraries in five provinces of Northwest China, and analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of literature collection. [Results/Conclusions] According to the research results, suggestions are put forward from the aspects of strengthening the collection and arrangement of local literature resources, deeply excavating local literature resources, increasing the publicity of local literature resources, and carrying out extensive cooperation.
