Abstract: Smart city implements wisdom city management based on intelligent perception and processing of vast amounts information. This paper mainly analyzed the status of archival resource construction, and expounded the feasibility and advantages of applying cloud computing technology in archival resource co-construction and sharing service mode to service the construction of smart Shenyang.
