Abstract: This paper discussed the present situation of electronic resource procurement evaluation index system, and then selected and refined five criterion-level indexes of evaluation index for independent colleges, and designed the questionnaire to score for the importance. Based on the survey and the method of AHP, it calculated the weight of the indexes, and finally built the electronic resource procurement evaluation index system for independent colleges.
