University Libraries' Service Innovation in Transitional China——Based on the Statistical Reports of China's Internet

Abstract: Based on the statistical reports of China's Internet (2004-2013) and the changing trend of paper and electronic resources in university, this research proposed three strategies in university libraries' service innovation: making extensive use of new media and technologies to further strengthen library service promotion; making full use of resource advantage to transform to new study mode; introducing new storage mode to personalize the resource sharing and reader storage.
