河南省公共图书馆视障服务问题研究

Abstract

Abstract: Developing commonweal cultural undertakings is a key support of cultural strong province. The article analyses main problems of the visually impaired service in the public library in Henan, and points out the ways that enhance the service level of visually impaired service of public libraries in Henan: providing legal and financial support, introducing modern technology and equipment, attaching great importance to the propaganda, expanding the breadth and depth of the blind computer training, reinforcing the construction of literature resources for the blind, and sharing the blind literature resources, recruiting volunteers, etc.
