Successful Experience of “Reading Festival” Hold by Military Universities

Abstract: There are some successful experience of “reading festival” hold by military universities: the first is selecting suitable subject, it should be connected with university culture closely; the second is enriching the content, it should attract more readers; the third is attaching importance to actual effect, it should develop routine services of library; the fourth is training librarians, it should promote librarian’s comprehensive quality. All sorts of libraries can draw lessons from above experience.
