摘要: Human Library作为阅读推广的创新模式从西方引入中国。大学图书馆借鉴其服务理念,采取“让用户服务用户”的模式,以读者需求为主导开展个性化导读服务和个性化学科服务。基于Human Library开展阅读推广,大学图书馆应当重视真人图书的甄选和科学管理,同时加强图书馆员的嵌入式服务,形成具有中国特色的Human Library阅读模式,促进人与人的和谐关系,倡导社会的多元化发展。为了实现其长期可持续发展,Human Library应当由活动型向服务型转变。

Abstract: Human Library was introduced into China from the west as a new model of reading promotion. Our country university library refers to the service concept, takes the "let users service" model, dominated by the reader demand for personalized reading guidance service and personalized service. To develop reading promotion based on the Human Library, university library should pay attention to the Human Books selection, and scientific management, strengthen the embedded librarian service at the same time, form with Chinese characteristic reading model, promote the harmony of human relations, advocate the diversified development of the society. In order to realize the sustainable development for a long time, Human Library should transform from movable type to service type.
