免费开放形势下公共图书馆读者服务的瓶颈及出路研究

摘要: 随着科技和经济的快速发展,给公共文化服务业带来一定的冲击,为了适应社会经济的发展,公共图书馆开始实行全面免费开放。公共图书馆的免费开放,机遇与挑战并存。为了更好地把免费开放后的图书馆管理服务工作做好,笔者结合自身的实际工作经验,认真分析了公共图书馆免费开放后读者服务所面临的挑战,并且有针对性地提出了一些对策,力求为读者服务所面临的瓶颈寻找出路。

Abstract: With the rapid development of technology and the economy, there will be some impacts on public cultural services. In order to adapt to the social and economic development, public libraries began to implement a comprehensive free. Free public libraries open and it has opportunities and challenges. To do some management services work better after the free opening of the public library. It suggests some challenge of free open of public library services and puts forward some countermeasures strive for reader service.
