摘要: 文章分析了目前高校图书馆馆员所处的客观环境和他们的心理资本现状,提出了高校图书馆馆员心理资本的开发要集成到图书馆的人力资源开发与绩效管理方案中,并设计了高校图书馆馆员心理资本开发模型。利用该模型对高校图书馆馆员心理资本进行开发和改善,提高他们的工作绩效。

Abstract: This paper analyzed the current objective environment and psychological capital of university librarians, and put forward the development of university librarians’ psychological capital should be integrated into library’s human resource development and performance management programs, and designed an university librarian’s psychological capital development model. University library can use the model to develop and improve the psychological capital of librarians to increase their job performance.
