摘要: 文章以海南省高校图书馆绩效评估为例,从构建图书馆绩效评估指标体系、建立以绩效评估指标为依据的事实数据库填报系统、构建具有协同评价功能的图书馆综合绩效评估系统平台等方面,探索构建一种能达到自我评估、同行评估和上级评估三位一体协同评价效果的高校图书馆绩效评估体系的基本方法,为实现高校图书馆绩效评估自动化、智能化奠定基础。

Abstract: Taking the performance evaluation in Hainan's university libraries as case study, this paper discussed how to construct a university library performance evaluation system with the trinity synergistic evaluation results of self assessment, peer assessment and superior assessment to lay the foundation for the realization of automated, intelligent university library performance evaluation, from the aspects of constructing the evaluation index system library performance, building the fact database application system and establishing the collaborative performance management system platform.
