摘要： 阐述了心理资本的内涵,指出心理资本强调的是对人心理优势的开发和管理。分析了心理资本理论对于优化高校科技查新人员职业素养的意义,并在此基础上分别从个体层面和组织层面两个方面探讨了优化高校科技查新人员职业素养的心理资本开发路径。

Abstract: This paper expounded the connotation of psychological capital which emphasized the development and management of human psychological advantage, and analyzed the significance of psychological capital theory on optimizing the professional attainment of sci-tech novelty consultants in universities. Accordingly, it raised the development approaches on professional attainment respectively from the individual level and the organizational level.
