Construction on the Input and Output Performance Evaluation System of Electronic Resource in University Library

Abstract: In the construction of university library’s electronic resource input and output performance evaluation system, it needed to catch the characteristics of each link, and make the benefit analysis according to the specific performance of indicators with the previous analysis of specific indicators, and then carry out overall evaluation. It also needed to give effective instructions about the relevant links in the electronic resource input and output process in university library, and follow certain principles, and then pay attention to the related factors analysis in the actual evaluation, so as to achieve the validity and rationality of overall evaluation.
