Research on University Library Resource Construction Based on Circulation Analysis—Taking the Library of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as an Example

Abstract: Based on the book circulation data in Library of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University during the period of 2012-2014, and the statistic analysis on collection updating index, circulation rate, utilization rate, this paper proposed three measures to optimize the collection construction of university library, including establishing circulation statistics group, developing book reselection and elimination system and establishing storage stacks.
