Abstract: Social resource collection strategy is a new construction way carried out since 2013 in Chongqing library, which has greatly promoted the construction of city resource and showed a positive impact on all aspects of resource construction. This paper summarized the advanced experience of social resource collection strategy, and objectively analyzed the shortcomings in the present stage, and put forward some suggestions for further improvement and optimization.
