Research on the Personalized Service Innovation of Urban Public Library under the big data Thinking

Abstract: As the development product of the Internet in new era, big data has been widely used in the construction of urban public libraries, and using the big data thinking to analyze the personalized service model of urban public library is of great importance. Through explaining the big data thinking of urban public library, this paper tried to use it to build three detailed models for the personalized service, including user community needs, structural data classification and personalized service push for library resource, and explored the existing problems covering unskilled use of users, inadequate information resource integration and uneven quality of librarians, and then proposed further innovative strategies to improved the personalized service of urban public library.
