Thoughts on “Inter-Library Loan” Service in Public Library——Case Study of Public Libraries in Nine Districts of Chongqing

Abstract: Through the observation on the status of Inter-Library Loan service in the public libraries in nine districts of Chongqing, this paper found that some problems existed in the logistics, library appointment and staff awareness, and then proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
