Strategy Analysis on the Transform and Reform of College Library in Post Literacy Era

Abstract: With the development of science and technology and the change of web technology, college library has faced huge press. The emergence of post literacy era has brought new hope. This paper introduced the connotation of post literacy era, and analyzed the necessity for college library to transform and reform on changing ideas, keeping crisis sense and realizing joint development, and then gave some specific projects.
