[Objective]This study provides reference for the relevant studies throughout the researches of the development of agricultural technology diffusion. [Methods]According to domestic and foreign research about agricultural technology diffusion, this paper uses the software of CiteSpace III to sort out those literature and to compare their status, contention and development trend. [Results]Foreign research focused on agricultural environment protection and disaster management, which will always become the frontier trend of future research; domestic research focuses on the analysis of agricultural technology diffusion from a macro perspective, and temporal as well as spatial diffusion of agricultural technology and the diffusion mechanism of agricultural technology based on rural social network will become the main trend of current and future research on agricultural technology diffusion in China.[Conclusions]There are significant differences between the foreign and domestic research of agricultural technology diffusion from the perspectives of status and hot points, and domestic researchers need to explore new research fields by taking foreign research directions as references.

Farmer-to-farmer information and knowledge sharing is important to advance agricultural technology dissemination and develop modern agriculture. According to reviewing national and international literature, it is found that many countries had experiences of or policies for promoting farmer-to-farmer information and knowledge sharing. This study summarizes the farmer-to-farmer information and knowledge sharing practices in six countries including USA, Australia, Canada, Cuba, Ethiopia and China, and comparatively analyzed their advantages and disadvantages. Finally, enlightenment and suggestions are put forward for improving the policies concerning the development of farmer-to-farmer information and knowledge sharing system in China.

Under the background of modern agriculture development strategy in China, to explore the mechanism and paths of agricultural sci-tech achievements transformation is of significant importance. Based on a literature review about knowledge sharing among farmers, agricultural technology diffusion, and agricultural sci-tech achievements transformation, the impact relationships among them are summarized and the corresponding theoretical hypotheses are raised for building a perfect research framework. It would be beneficial to the understanding of agricultural sci-tech achievements transformation system and the improvement of polices, and to the further empirical analysis.

Farmer to farmer knowledge sharing is significant to boost the technological diffusion and modernization of agriculture. As one of important influential factors, social mentality and its impact mechanism is meaningful to explore. Based on a theoretical study of farmer to farmer knowledge sharing and impact mechanism, a model of system dynamics is designed and simulated to prove the impact mechanism. The conclusions showed that social mentalities influence farmer to farmer knowledge sharing indeed. However, the influential direct and the sensibility of knowledge sharing system to social mentality change is really different from different social mentalities. Finally, several suggestions are put forward to guide and make sound the social mentalities, furthermore to promote farmer to farmer knowledge sharing.

Based on analysis of the connotation and constitute of rural social network, its general features and contextual features for farmer to farmer knowledge sharing are summarized. Then, the connotation and characteristics of farmer to farmer knowledge sharing in the context of rural social networks are discussed, and the knowledge sharing mechanism is divided into four aspects: social-network-context embedding mechanism, knowledge-sharing incentive mechanism and social-network-context coordinating mechanism as well as social-network-context changing mechanism. This study is meaningful to improve the theory of farmer to farmer knowledge sharing.

By introducing demand supply chain theory, the study of knowledge sharing and collaborative decision-making in demand supply chain of agricultural products is a significant potential research field. A literature review with national and international documents is completed from four aspects: demand supply chain; demand supply chain of agricultural products; knowledge sharing in demand supply chain of agricultural products; and collaborative decision making based on knowledge sharing in demand supply chain of agricultural products. It provides framework and guides the present research by analyzing its research vein and may stimulate more future studies.

Patron-Driven Acquisition is a new collection construction model based on the needs of readers, and is also a hotspot in the library industry in recent years. This paper investigated the necessity, resource types, obstacles and strategies of Patron-Driven Acquisition in university libraries with Delphi method. It pointed out that it was necessary for university libraries to carry out Patron-Driven Acquisition; the biggest obstacle that might be encountered in the procurement process was the reader's participation; to set up scientific and reasonable readers purchase mechanism was the key strategy to implement the Patron-Driven Acquisition.

The research contents of characteristic database construction in China's library consortia can be divided into five aspects: basic research including concept, advantages, principles; technical support and standard specification research; resource construction research including intellectual property issues, promotion of publicity services and performance evaluation indicators; practical research; co-construction and sharing model research; the case analysis. They had three characteristics: the overall understanding of library alliance characteristic database construction was clear; the research, though began to take shape, was still in the exploratory stage; there were few researches on the database construction of foreign library alliance.

Paper document acquisition work is an important part of literature construction. It should stick to the principle of scientific document acquisition, and apply reasonable method and mode, and continuously optimize work process, to promote library acquisition work and improve work efficiency. This paper firstly elaborated the role of document acquisition work in library construction, as well as the influence of digital publishing on document acquisition, and then analyzed the dilemma of paper document acquisition, and finally put forward the development path, to better upgrade the efficiency of paper document acquisition work.

In mobile networks, reading requests and interests have high birth-death frequency and complex data structures, which are difficultly monitored and utilized by the server of library. In order to deal with them, a reading resource recommendation model was proposed based on mobile scene fusion. And its frameworks, working flows and key sub-algorithms were given. It used the mobile scenes as reading atlas nodes, the relations of mobile scenes as weighted reading atlas edges, and the grey fuzzy to integrate the library collection and reading requires, and customized the reading resource recommendation catalog. The experimental results showed that the model had higher client request coverage, better recommendation matching degrees and cost performance.

Based on the statistics about the sources and types of sci-tech novelty retrieval projects undertaken by Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2010-2016, this paper excavated and analyzed the present situation, characteristics and existing problems of agricultural sci-tech novelty retrieval in Henan province, so as to provide some suggestions for the innovation and development of agricultural scientific research projects in Henan province.

The seat resource of library is a difficult problem in the library management of university. Under the pressure of enlargement of university enrollment and job market, it is difficult to find a seat in the library for some students. This paper illustrated the approach to realize the seat reservation function through technical innovation in micro environment, so as to provide convenient seat resource management for library.

Taking the network construction of Huludao Library's new library as an example, this paper expound the network optimization and integration from library network construction target, overall planning, wireless network, hardware configuration, wiring construction and security strategy, and designed and implemented a new wireless network architecture, to provide guarantee for the construction of digital library and library service innovation.

The relationship between funding input and output is related to the performance evaluation, the enthusiasm of researchers and the development of science and technology in china. In this study, we collected the projects funded by the "Young Scientist Fund Program of the NSFC" in the field of rice, wheat and corn from the Internet based Science Information System, and qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed the characters of funded SCI-papers based on the Web of Science dataset. The evaluation indexes, such as percent of projects funded for SCI-collected papers, average number of funded SCI-collected papers for single project, percent of SCI-collected papers authored by project leader as the first or corresponding author, average citations per paper, average impact factor per paper etc, revealed that the researchers in the rice field had stronger strength, the project leaders in the wheat filed had more potential, and the corn field had better efficiency. Analysis of subject and unit distribution showed that the biological sciences subject (76.1%) and the Colleges and Universities (58.3%) were the major, respectively. Each crop has its predominance, and thus the differentiated development strategy should be adopted, on the one side to strictly check the subject in the field of rice, and on the other side to increase the support in the field of wheat and corn discipline.

Academic research basis is the inherent logic of the construction of first-class discipline. This paper used the C100 index evaluation system to analyze the overall situation of academic productivity in psychology in China from the perspective of periodicals, institutions and authors. It found that psychology interdisciplinary research ability was not strong, "first-class" academic productivity was relatively weak, the team size was too small, and the relationship between the discipline of psychology and the university was complex. To establish "first-class" psychology, it must keep the dual focus with discipline oriented and problem oriented, maintain the relative balance between the evolutionary power and the optimization power of discipline, and realize the common concern of the introduction and cultivation of high-level academic talents.

In order to promote the strategic development of bee products in Jilin province, based on the patent analysis of patent data, this paper used the patent information of incoPat database to analyze the patent literature of Jilin's bee products field, and applied the strategic clustering model method to develop the patent strategy of bee products in Jilin province, and discussed the countermeasures and suggestions.

By using information visualization analysis software CITESPACE and CNKI database, combining with bibliometric method, this paper revealed the core institutions, representative authors and research hotspots in characteristic university database research field in the form of knowledge mapping, and put forward an expectation for the further research on domestic characteristic database in universities.

With the development of regional integration, public library has continued to promote the development of collaborative innovation with the cooperation among public library and other cooperative enterprises and scientific research institutions, to meet the user demand for information resource. But a lot of problems have emerged, which requires public library to strengthen the communication and exchanges and maximize the interests of cooperation. This paper first described the role definition and era characteristics of public library in collaborative innovation development, and then analyzed the dilemma facing by public library and the process of collaborative innovation development, and finally put forward the strategy in the process of regional integration, to better promote its development of public library.

As the economy is developing rapidly, China has entered the age of knowledge. Library has become an important place for people to gain knowledge. Digital library can provide more intellectual and individual service for users via internet technology. Knowledge map, which was originally applied in enterprise management, now is brought into digital library and become a hot research topic. This paper firstly introduced multi-domain ontology semantic and knowledge map. and then combined them based on their respective features and furthermore constructed the knowledge map in digital libraries under multi-domain ontology semantic context, and finally stated the advantages and construction details of such knowledge map specifically.

Taking the makerspace user demand preliminary investigation in Hunan Agricultural University Library in 2016 as example, through statistical analysis on the questionnaire, this paper explored the familiar extent with related makerspace activities of teachers and students, opinions and suggestions for library's maker service, demands on the functional design of makerspace and new idea of service design modification for library, to adjust the ways and methods in formal investigation and ensure the survey reliability and real understanding of teacher and student demand.

University library is the center of campus culture and the important position to promote the soft power of campus culture. This paper started from the library information platform construction, and analyzed the promotion function of library information platform for the soft power of campus culture. Around the application of information platform, it expounded the strategies to use the information platform to spread the campus culture, and presented the effective ways to promote the soft power of campus culture by library.

Nowadays, modern city libraries often have large construction area and innovative interior design. A perfect guiding sign system can play extremely important role in carrying out reader service smoothly. This paper took Guangzhou Library as the case to introduce the rational design and scientific implementation of library signage and wayfinding system.

Through building city classrooms and civil library, Yangzhou city has regarded city library as the key link to improve the public library service system, to not only meet the public's growing reading cultural needs, but also enhance the city grade of Yangzhou. Yangzhou's city study is not the earliest start in China, but whether the building and management level or the actual operation results is in a leading position, which has explored the precious Yangzhou Mode. Based on the research about the planning, organization, construction, management and achievement of 24 Hours City Study in Yangzhou, this paper explored and analyzed the new mode of the extended service for modern library.

With the richly developing and reforming of government procurement, librarians should take advantage of it, then put the fund at the key point. Because of literature's particularity, public library has faced some troubles in government procurement. Taking Liaoning Library as the example, this paper put forward suggestions on government procurement, with the hope of avoiding risk for librarians and orderly developing the government procurement of document literature.

This paper analyzed the influence of cultural construction of university library on university students' creative ability, and then provided effective suggestions for constructing university library culture to cultivate university students' creative ability. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 386 students in Zhejiang Agricultural and Forestry University. The data were collected and analyzed. The result showed that cultural construction of university library played an active role in the cultivation of university students' creative ability. Some suggestions on how to strengthen cultural construction of university library were put forward.

This paper analyzed the necessity of incentive mechanism to readers in digital reading promotion mode, and explored the basic mind and methods of reader's incentive mechanism, including determining the target readership, properly promoting them then and enabling the target readership to join these activities continually, and then expounded the important factors of incentive mechanism including extrinsic reward, embodiment of reader's self-efficacy and the cultivation of belongingness.

This paper analyzed the general trend of national reading, and proposed that in the "Internet +" environment, university library should give full play of the advantages to construct the “4321” national reading promotion mode with quaternity promotion subject as the core factor, three categories reading promotion audience as the targeting factor, two reading promotion space as the critical factor and one guarantee mechanism as the necessary factor, to promote the development of national reading.

In the new media era, great changes have taken place in the mode of information transmission, needs and behaviors of library users are developing towards openness, interaction, sharing and individuation, the traditional library has faced with crisis of being marginalized. According to theory of media situation, this paper analyzed the aspects of library space reconstruction, library concept positioning transformation, the deepening of librarians' responsibility, the change of readers' roles, and put forward some suggestions for constructing the new capabilities of library to adapt to the new era development and the new needs of users.

The basic situation, published articles and information construction of 13 provincial comprehensive agricultural technical periodicals in China were investigated and evaluated.The results showed that the development levels of journals had huge difference, and the level of informatization of journals was low, quality assessment system should be improved.Agricultural technology periodicals need to set up the characteristic columns according to the local agriculture, improve the level of information construction, promote the periodical communication, seize the opportunity of agricultural transformation to improve the competitiveness.

Knowledge service is the key to the construction of university library's subject service, and the important work in inserting the teaching and research of department, as well as the sustainable development problem of library. Taking the subject service construction in Beijing Normal University Library as an example, this paper introduced the domestic and foreign advanced cases, and proposed that strengthening the knowledge service content would be of great significance for the development of university library.

From the perspective of reader demand, through the analysis on the factors affecting the service quality of Liaoning University of Technology Library, this paper determined the evaluation index system of library service quality and built the index system framework, and used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the influencing factors, so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of library service.

"LibQUAL+TM" evaluation system has positive effect in the improvement of digital library's service content, service scope and way, and can strengthen the healthy development of digital library through improving the quality of service evaluation. From the development trend of information service quality evaluation of digital library and the application of "LibQUAL+TM" in the information service quality, this paper described the development requirements of library information service evaluation system, and put forward the evaluation status of digital library's service quality from three aspects including uneven distribution of resource, few personalized service, backward reading environment, and then explained the practical significance of applying "LibQUAL+TM" in the evaluation of digital library information service quality, and proposed the development path of digital library's information service quality evaluation based on "LibQUAL+TM" from strengthening interlibrary cooperation, relying on the multimedia carrier "online + offline" information platform and differentiated service thinking ways.

With the growing development of network media, the emergence of mirror-propagation theory makes the exchange and interaction between library and readers more frequent, and the information service model of library is gradually changing. To regard mirror-propagation theory as the starting point, the influence of mirror-propagation on library information service was introduced, and the development trend and several types of library information service based on mirror-propagation theory were analyzed, and the key problems in library information service construction were revealed.

This paper analyzed the importance of applying 3D multimedia technology in digital library's information service, and introduced three mode for the application of 3D multimedia technology based on the cases, and finally put forward the strategies, so as to promote the integration of 3D multimedia technology and digital library's information service.

With the development of industrialization and urbanization in China, industrial upgrading has promoted the improvement on the quality of labor force, which need enhance the human capital of migrant workers continuously. At the same time, China's public libraries have developed from the traditional library to digital library, composite library, mobile library, and public library has a certain technology and infrastructure of mobile library. Through constructing public library service system for migrant workers, this paper tried to promote the improvement on the quality of migrant workers' human capital. Mobile library service system in public library mainly included information technology layer based on advanced technology support, information resource layer based on superstar mobile library system and information service layer based on the Newcomb's social psychological model.

The central state organs' archives utilization is one of the important part of social archives utilization. Therefore, by taking the MOA as the case, this paper combines the particularity、 crucial of the central state organs' archives utilization, analysis its characteristic which based on the user type、utilization demand、influence and its influence range. In the end, this paper discusses how to optimize the archives service in the central state organs from the aspects of the utilization methods , the policy understanding and the ability of information output.

This paper took 92 university libraries in Guangdong Province as the object of investigation, by logging into the library website to scan QR code and searching via mobile phone to follow with library Wechat official accounts, and conducted an investigation on the development status of library's wechat service from the opening time, account type, certification, service contents etc., and proposed that university library should actively open wechat service, standard wechat official account, strengthen its propagandizing & popularizing, offer personalized wechat service and pay attention to the certification and management of wechat official account.
