Research on the Organizational Structure Optimization of Library Collection Resource Oriented to Regional Information Resource Sharing

Abstract: This paper briefly introduced the present situation of the construction of regional library information resources sharing, and discussed the influence factors of regional information resourced sharing construction from user, resource, technology and capital, and analyzed the library resource sharing modes including the center-branch system model, regional library consortia mode and "center branch + alliance" mode, and finally proposed the organization coordination mechanism and top-level design mechanism for organizational structure optimization of library collection resource oriented to regional information resource sharing.
