To realize the intelligent management of study room in university library, the intelligent management system of university library study room was designed and developed on the platform of ARM Cortex-A8 based on the embedded Android operating system with free and open source code in this paper. At the same time, the selection of system hardware and system platform and the development of application database of Android platform were described. The results showed that the system realized successfully the functions of seat selection and intelligent management for study room, and also provided a reference for future more effective management of the seats of library study room.

Technical system of knowledge collaboration is the support of knowledge collaboration application, as well as the guarantee of realizing the actual value of knowledge collaboration. On the basis of literature review in decade, this paper systematically reviewed the research status from knowledge collaboration technology, model and application. Following characteristics were drawn from the analysis: The number of literature showed a phased rising trend; The topics were scattered in different directions; No major research institutions and core team was formed in this field; There were more qualitative research than quantitative research, lacking in deep investigations and analysis and a perfect theory and method system. Finally, it provided a brief prospect for future research.

Taking One Belt and One Road(OBOR) as research purpose and the joint development of China and ASEAN countries as study object, this paper described the economic research status, research focus and correlation between China and ASEAN countries by retrieving the economic resource data from EBSCO database and mining the hot topics of national reports and market research report of China and the ASEAN countries during 1998-2015, and making text download, integration, classification and co-occurrence analysis, so as to provide detailed and reliable reference data for the research of OBOR in China.

This paper put forward the construction framework of agricultural multimedia sharing system from the aspects of hardware and software composition and function design, and introduced the system characteristics and hardware and software composition and functions. Using this system can realize the co-construction and sharing of agricultural multimedia, and meet live online and on-demand viewing agricultural multimedia courseware, giving the wings of science and technology for agricultural development.

By analyzing the development status and existing problems of traditional text-based image retrieval technology in online shopping, combining with the development characteristics of online shopping, this paper put forward the application of content-based image retrieval technology in online shopping and described the feature extraction method and its working process of this technology, and then proposed the development prospects of content-based image retrieval technology in the internationalization and mobile e-commerce.

Applying bibliometric methods, this paper collected and analyzed the 5842 papers of Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences published in CNKI during 1990-2014, and conducted a thorough study on the output of sci-tech papers, institutions, subject distribution, fund resources, periodical distributions, co-operating agencies and high-frequency keywords, aiming to grasp the present situation of discipline development and personnel construction of Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences objectively, so as to provide a basis for decision-making of the whole academy's scientific research management and discipline construction, and provide valuable reference on evaluating scientific research outputs and academic influence of other provincial academy of agricultural sciences.

Taking the Chinese Journal Full-text Database from 1980 to 2013 as the data resource, the research literature on fig were analyzed by bibliometrics from aspects of publishing year, research field, core journal, core author group, cooperation degree and main research units, etc. The research status of fig in China in recent 34 years was revealed.

Based on CNKI as the data source, the paper makes a statistical analysis of literature information in the last ten years on domestic patent transaction risk from five dimensions of the literature published year, periodicals, authors, research institutions and keywords with visualization software CiteSpace. Through mapping the co-occurrence knowledge map of the authors, research institutions and keywords, the paper furtheranalyzes domesticresearchhotspot in this field in combination with related literature content, in order to provide a reference for the further research of domesticpatent transaction risk.

In order to accurately grasp the dynamic rule of research progress on basic farmland in China, this paper used bibliometric methods to analyze the literature about basic farmland in CNKI from the number, source and citation. The research showed that there were significant differences in the number of literature every year, its variation characteristics were mainly related to the land policy in China. The research content indicated that basic farmland protection was a hot topic. The research direction involved many fields covering agriculture, land, computer, resource and environment and so on, which reflected the relationship between person and land. The research teams concentrated on universities, which meant that the academic level of basic farmland research in China was relatively high.

Microfilm technology occupied the stage of history with its unique advantage. In recent years, with the advent of digital microfilm technology, both traditional microfilm technology and digital microfilm technology appeared vigorous development, which brought the increasingly prominent problem of microfilm warehouse management. How to realize ordered, effective and efficient management of microfilm warehouse is becoming a continuous research issue, and the technology upgrading and transformation of microfilm management is imminent. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), as a new material tracking and information identification technology, has made it possible for automatic and intelligent warehouse management.

Balanced scorecard can evaluate the performance of each level in an organization from four dimensions of finance, customer, internal business processes and learning growth. By the practical cases, the paper built a simulation model bead on balanced scorecard for library and compared the long term results with the short ones. Practical strategies such as "customised bookstore + tailored services", "digital bookstore+digital trading services" can be used to tackle the current issues thus to keep the traditional book market customers and increase the market competitiveness.

The whole educational field is setting off an upsurge of MOOCs. In recent years, thousands of documents regarding to MOOCs research and discussions released, however, only a handful of them concerned with the problems in the localization of MOOCs. Now, MOOCs have been localized with problems appearing in succession, which required research and discussion. Selecting three representative open course platforms including Xuetangzaixian, edX and Coursera, this study put forward measures against the problems occurred in the localization of MOOCs.

University library has played a decisive role in the construction of university's soft power, while the soft power is made up of the staff quality, service consciousness, innovation consciousness, professional quality and other cultural spirit of university library. Through incentive, assessment, feedback and other means, university library should perfect professional quality training of university librarians and promote normalized and institutionalized training to improve its role in the improvement of university's cultural soft power.

This paper analyzed the relationship between online information literacy instruction and college students' innovative ability, and studied the status quo of China's online information literacy instruction from theory and practice, and finally put forward the development countermeasures of university library's online information literacy instruction, including establishing coordination and management mechanism, strengthening online information literacy instruction platform and enriching online information literacy instruction contents.

This article first revealed the concept of intermediate document, and then analyzed the effect of intermediate document in patent documents retrieval and summarized the useful information based on intermediate document, and finally explained how to apply intermediate document to quickly access the target patent document based on the specific cases, so as to provide reference for improving the efficiency of patent document retrieval.

A nationwide survey study was conducted to gain understanding about how public librarians provided health information service for readers. Findings indicated that the popular health information needs encountered by public librarians covered a wide variety of topics, including the medical/health condition of human body, the concept of disease and medical, and the ?tness, diet or nutrition. The top two challenges faced by public librarians when providing readers health information service were the dif?culty in interpreting patrons' questions and the lack of knowledge about available, trusted and appropriate medical or health information source. Public librarians wished to receive training on a number of topics that could help address the challenges they faced, and the most favorable training format for them, among all the options provided in the survey, was the self-paced online tutorial. This study constituted the basis for establishing training requirements and developing training programs to meet the needs of public librarians. Their mastery of the necessary skills, knowledge and competencies via training would lead to effective and efficient delivery of readers' health information service in public libraries, and ultimately generate optimal patron experience.

Taking literature retrieval course as the theme, this paper made a retrieval practice by using statistical analysis tools in CNKI and Wanfang Database Platform, and introduced these statistical functions, guiding students to write course overview or graduation thesis, track academic frontiers and hot spots and read highly cited literature.

Based on a survey of students in Hunan Agricultural University by questionnaire, this paper analyzed their cognition status of MOOC and their expected learning environment, and discussed how university libraries provided information service in the era of MOOC by combining with some foreign cases.

With the development of computer network technology, MOOC has caused extensive attention in the education circle. By using network teaching platform, and combining traditional teaching with online learning, this paper introduced the MOOC on campus with flipped classroom as the main presentation. Through the teaching practice on information retrieval and utilization course, it also analyzed the internal and external factors affecting the MOOC on campus.

The importance of words-selecting in writing the abstracts of scientific and technical papers was introduced, and then the classification and characteristics of scientific and technical vocabulary were illuminated by giving some examples. At last, aiming at the problem of how to select the proper words in scientific and technical abstract writing, some kills were presented and discussed from eight aspects.

Though analyzing the advantages, challenges and material and technical conditions of paper sci-tech journals, it provided service for the organic combination of sci-tech journals and new technologies with the application of two-dimensional code. By consulting the samples of several journals in library, it reviewed the application status of two-dimensional code in sci-tech journals; it also explored the innovative application of two-dimensional code in sci-tech journals according to its characteristics. It found that the application of two-dimensional code in sci-tech journals concentrated on website link functions, rather than its information capacity. The two-dimensional code would be an innovative opportunity for traditional sci-tech journals, and the journals should pay attention to both content generation and standardized application of two-dimensional code in the process of applying two-dimensional code to provide innovative service.

With the development of digital technology, the connotation and denotation of journal have been expanding. With the support of technology, many journals have carried on the innovation and development, the function of sci-tech periodicals got extended, especially for the service function. This paper introduced the service of sci-tech periodicals in the digital age provided for reviewers, authors, and readers, and then summarized the service function of sci-tech periodicals, so as to provide the reference for sci-tech periodicals to select the appropriate service form.

As a case study of several domestic well-known Agricultural University Journals for Natural Sciences published in recent 3 years, the problems and non-standard parts of the author’s name in bibliographic references of these journals were listed. Under the view of writers and readers, according to the Rules for content, form and structure of bibliographic references: GB/T7714-2005, the problems and related reasons occurred in the descriptive information of author’s name and the suggestion was given in the paper.

The idea of slow city has become the mainstream of development pattern in city culture construction. It endowed new connotation and characteristics on the city culture construction. Library should get a profound understanding of this new concept and its connotation in the construction of slow city culture, and preserve as well as exhibit and spread the city's history and local traditional culture, providing slow service to residents including slow reading, slow space, slow activities, etc., and meanwhile strengthening the corporation with other organizations to extend the scope of slow service.

This article analyzed the characteristics of digital reading, and conducted a survey about the resource construction and the use of mobile library among 34 "985 Project" university libraries, and then proposed that in order to provide more quality service, university library should take reading promotion activities and mine the readers' information demands and integrate information resource of library under the environment of digital reading.

Under the new information environment, university library is facing two major problems, the optimization of business process and information resource service reorganization. This paper analyzed the background of the theory and practice about business process and service reorganization, and then discussed the existing problems of college library's current business process and service mode. With solving the problems as the goal, it summarized the content and scheme for optimizing and restructuring business processes and service in domestic and foreign university library, and gave some opinions on the basis of domestic and foreign related study and practical work.

This paper constructed a secondary evaluation index system from the perspective of service contents to evaluate the WeChat service of university library. The obtained results showed that the WeChat service of university library currently was undeveloped on the whole, and regional development was unbalanced. Besides, the service contents were limited in information pushing and inquiry. According to the problems found in the study, this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions, including making full use of WeChat service platform, improving Wechat service system and standardizing WeChat platform management.

Quality of service (QOS) is the eternal research topic of library. While the big data era brought both challenges and opportunities for library, researching how to narrow the gap in QOS among libraries has been an important and significant issue. This paper studied the effect of big data on the QOS of libraries, and built the QOS gap model in the big data era. It also found the causes of QOS gap in libraries and came up with the strategies on how to narrow gap and upgrade the QOS of libraries.

As the fund of library is usually allocated by national government, public library is lack of cost effectiveness idea and appears severe resource waste. Therefore, it's the goal for related departments and public libraries to improve cost accounting system, control service cost, optimize resource allocation, strengthen transparency of service and improve service quality and library benefits.

In Big Data era, users have put forward new demands on the service of university library. Under the new situation, university library proposed to develop knowledge service and provide knowledge products meeting users' requirements. Considering the differences of knowledge service existing in different university libraries, the paper presented the following measures to deal with users' new demands in the environment of vast information: establishing the concept of knowledge service, building reasonable library collection resource system, constructing high-quality knowledge service team, training users' awareness to take advantage of knowledge service, building knowledge service platform and carrying out scientific performance evaluation.
