Job Burnout of University Laboratory Staff and Countermeasures

Abstract: Job burnout is a widespread phenomenon for university laboratory staff currently. In this paper, through investigating and analyzing the reasons of university laboratory staff's job burnout, it put forward the corresponding countermeasures and the suggestions, such as improving occupational status of laboratory staff, clarifying responsibility, making effective incentive mechanism, planning career development, etc.
